This QA Skill Check platform ("Assessment") is a proprietary, internal evaluation tool operated exclusively by Starapps Studio ("Company", "we", "us"). It is made available solely for the purpose of assessing the technical knowledge and professional competency of individuals ("Participants") in the field of Quality Assurance. Access to this Assessment is granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Starapps Studio.
Participation in, completion of, or performance on this Assessment does not — under any circumstance — constitute, imply, or create any offer of employment, promise of employment, invitation to interview, contractual obligation, or any other form of professional commitment or business relationship between the Participant and Starapps Studio.
Results, scores, and evaluations generated by this Assessment are used purely as one internal reference point among many. A high score or a perfect performance on this Assessment carries no guarantee whatsoever of further engagement, communication, or consideration for any position or project at Starapps Studio.
Starapps Studio expressly reserves the right to proceed with, discontinue, or disregard any hiring or engagement process at any stage, for any reason, without notice and without any obligation to provide explanation to the Participant.
All questions, scenarios, answer keys, rubrics, and assessment content contained within this platform are proprietary and confidential to Starapps Studio. Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, sharing, publishing, recording, or transmitting any portion of the Assessment content — in whole or in part — by any means, including but not limited to screenshots, screen recordings, written notes shared with third parties, or posting on public forums.
Violation of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate disqualification and may expose the Participant to applicable legal remedies.
By proceeding, Participants consent to the collection of their name, email address, professional experience details, and all responses submitted during the Assessment. This information is collected solely for internal evaluation purposes by Starapps Studio and its authorised team members. Data will not be sold to third parties. Limited data processing may involve third-party tools (including cloud-based storage and AI evaluation services) used under appropriate data processing agreements.
All scores, evaluations, and assessments are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Starapps Studio. Results are not open to contest, appeal, or review by the Participant. Starapps Studio is under no obligation to share, disclose, or justify scores to any Participant. Automated scores and AI-assisted evaluations of open tasks are indicative only and subject to internal review by the Company's team.
Participants are expected to complete this Assessment independently, using only their own knowledge and without the assistance of AI tools, third-party services, collaborative assistance, or any unauthorised resources. Starapps Studio employs technical measures to detect anomalous submission patterns, including but not limited to unusually fast completion times, tab-switching behaviour, and session data irregularities.
Any submission suspected of academic dishonesty or policy violation may be immediately disqualified at the sole discretion of Starapps Studio, with no obligation to notify the Participant.
The Assessment is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Starapps Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Participant's use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, technical errors, or interrupted access due to connectivity issues.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Starapps Studio with respect to this Assessment. Starapps Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
